Ginette has over 20 years of experience in talent management. In her current role, Ginette is responsible for managing Daniels’ people strategy, change management, talent acquisition, leadership development, compliance and benefits, HR operations, employee relations and benefits. Ginette works with leaders across the organization to fulfill Daniels’ mission to be a positive force, which includes living into the philosophy of putting people first.
