At present, she is the Vice President – Culture, Talent, and OD at Liberty Utilities. As an Associate Certified Coach and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, Melissa founded Sunrise Coaching. She is also a graduate of Queen’s MIR Program and an active alumnus of Trent University where she received her Bachelor of Administrative Studies.
